[Indenture] 1731 April 30 between Thomas Hatton and his wife Jane of the city of Philadelphia and Woolrick Breckbill of Lancaster County for a tract of land situated in Lancaster County. n.d.

For a 200-acre tract which was "part of a large tract of three thousand three hundred and eighty acres of land which was surveyed and laid out by warrant of the sixteenth day of July one thousand seven hundred and twelve from the then Commissioner of Property of the late Honoured Father William Penn, Esq. to Amos Strettell ... and as part of the Original Purchase of five thousand acres made to George Shore and conveyed to him by Amos Strettell." Also contains a release dated 1761 May 23 to Frances Breckbill, daughter of Woolrick legalizing the transaction even though neither she nor her father were born inside the dominions of Great Britain.
