Born in San Antonio, Texas, Minnie Bradenwerper (1885-1971) was the daughter of Max Brandenwerper and Eliza Wefing. In 1917, she began working for the San Antonio Public Library before joining the United States Census Bureau during World War I. Following the war, Minnie returned to the San Antonio Public Library and married Reuben H. Cameron in 1920.
