Robert M. Sensintaffar was an electrical engineer for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation between the 1930s and 1970s. Born in Linn County, Missouri in 1910 and educated at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Sensintaffar joined the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation as an Assistant Electrical Engineer at the agency's Denver Office in 1933.
