Fray Francisco Antonio Barbastro appeals to the King of Spain to return to the old system of administering the functions and duties of the missions in New Spain. In Spanish. Also contains an undated eight-page typescript that contains a brief synopsis of the document, as well as a translation into English, attributed to H. Smith.
