Class of 1905. Bruce Wight Fordham was born on October 3, 1882 in Scranton, Pa. , where he went to high school. He attended Cornell from 1901 to 1904 in Mechanical Engineering, but did not graduate. At Cornell, he was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon, Dunstan, the sophomore class crew, the Mummy Club, and Bench & Board. After leaving Cornell, he attended the Colorado State School of Mines for a brief period, worked as a miner in Utah, and as a draftsman and then an engineer for the New River ...
