Causerie médicale : manuscript, [1920's?]

The problem of training doctors after World War I is the topic of this manuscript. Before the war, doctors had gone to Germany to do post-graduate work in medicine, but this is no longer possible after the war. This paper proposes that London's hospitals become teaching hospitals. This is followed by a discussion of hydrophobia and dog vivisection.
