This collection contains a large assortment of artifacts, newspaper clippings, programs, and other Iowa State memorabilia from two Iowa State graduates, Edward T. John and Louise Odegaard. Materials related to Edward T. John include newspaper clippings, various programs including some from Delta Upsilon and Tau Beta Pi, and football-related materials. Several items of Edward T. John's can be found in the artifact collection, including his letter sweater and a football patch. Materials related to Louise Odegaard represent her activities as a student at Iowa State. These materials include artifacts such as buttons and sorority pledge paddles, programs and passes for athletic events, Stars Over VEISHEA programs and photographs, and Delta Zeta composite photographs.

Louise Odegaard graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. (1972) in forestry and outdoor recreation. Louise was also active in Stars Over VEISHEA and Varieties when not attending sporting events. Louise's grandfather, Edward Thayer John, graduated from Iowa State with a B.S. (1916) in mechanical engineering. John was captain of the football team and was one of the founding members of the Delta Upsilon chapter at Iowa State.
