Autograph letter signed : Charleston, Firle, to Vita Sackville-West, [1960 Oct.].

Bell writes gratefully about Sackville-West's generous reply to a fan letter from Bell's granddaughter, Henrietta Garnett (Garnett's fan letter is in the Berg Collection). Bell also writes of her regret that Virginia Woolf did not know any of Angelica Garnett's children.
