One typewritten manuscript (17 pages) entitled "Historical Notes of the California Rocky Mountains Mission." The manuscript has no author or date, but appears to have been written shortly after 1908. An introductory sheet of paper says "these notes on the Catholic history of the northwest in particular embrace the period from the arrival of the Jesuit Fathers in 1841 to the uniting of the Rocky Mountain and California mission on October 15th, 1908." It starts with the unification of the Jesuit Missions in California and the Rocky Mountains in 1907, and then goes back from there to the history of the Jesuits in lower California from 1697 to 1768. It concludes with a history of the establishment of Gonzaga.
