Narrative of a whaling expedition by Perry in the Atlantic and Indian oceans in the bark "Milwood" out of New Bedford, Massachusetts; and Perry's copy of the journal of John W. Phelps, Syracuse, New York, providing detailed information on the location of the ship, the capturing of sperm whales, and the weather. Also, eight photographs of the Ithaca, New York area.
