This collection consists of historical papers and artifacts about Louisiana, collected by Michael Dayries Wynne. Included are correspondence to Mr. Wynne and correspondence between others, autographs of national and state dignitaries and authors, certificates, photographs and negatives, post cards, death notices, maps, clippings and other printed items, railway memorabilia, numismatic material, religious material, medals and other artifacts. Included also are groups of items concerning Lyle Saxon, Loyola University, André Olivier, and the Diettel family.
