Copies of will and legal documents, 1768 and 2 Aug. 1770, re the estate of Henry Richardson of Charleston, S.C., a mariner; certified by Othniel Beale, President of the Council "in the absence of William Bull"; includes large wax seal with coat of arms of George III. This document relates to estate of Capt. Henry Richardson who died in 1768 and left his estate to his wife, Elizabeth; in Nov. 1748, Richardson had married Mrs. Elizabeth Moore, widow of Nathaniel Moore who had served in the General Assembly died in 1768.
