Kitāb al-Khawāṣṣ, [1862] / li-Jābir ibn Ḥayyān.

Manuscript on alchemy, Medeival science and philosophy and the interpretation of nature according to the views of the Greek philosophers, in fifty epistles (maqālāt) by Jābir ibn Ḥayyān (8th/9th cent.), a prolific scholar, philosopher, scientist and alchemist from al-Kūfah, Iraq. He wrote numerous treatises some of which were translated into Latin. Copied on Tuesday 5 Shaʻbān, 1278 (5 February, 1862) and collated on Friday, 14 Ramaḍān, 1278 (15 March, 1862) probably in Morocco. Name of copyist not mentioned.
