This collection contains remarks given by Rev. Joseph Hopkins Twichell as a memorial tribute to his good friend, Samuel Clemens ("Mark Twain"). Another piece, a poem called "Twichells Run," was mailed to Rev. Twichell's son, Joseph Hooker Twichell, in 1941.
