Clacson, trombette e pernacchi / Dario Fo ; an English adaptation by Charles Mann and Dale McAdoo, 198-.

Antonio, a Fiat factory worker has, by chance and in ignorance, saved the life of its president, Giani Agnelli, who has been badly burned. Antonio covers him with his jacket, puts him in an ambulance and flees in fear of complications. As the scene opens, the disfigured Agnelli cannot talk and so the doctors will reconstruct his face based on a photograph of Antonio found in the jacket. The subsequent series of misunderstandings provides a basis for extended satire and slapstick. Typescript, undated.
