Holograph letter signed to Joseph Fawls, 26 September 1993 regarding the distribution of his book Thunder Below (winner of S.E. Morison Prize in 1993) and his involvement as CIC NATO Iberian Atlantic Command in building underground headquarters in Portugal, hence his lack of information on release of USS Pueblo personnel in 1968.
