Wendell Robert Carr, professor and lawyer, attended Texas Christian University from 1956-1960. He received his Harvard A.M. in 1962 and his Ph.D. in 1967. While at Harvard, Carr served as a Teaching Fellow in History from 1964-1966, as Instructor in History from 1966-1969, and as Assistant Professor of History from 1969-1972.
