Robert Droz Collection, 1942-1966.

The collection includes copies of documents, scanned images on computer disks, computer printouts of scanned photographs, and a blueprint of a WAC B missile. They document the activities of Robert Droz, a powder mechanic at JPL, while he worked on hardware and field operations of the WAC, Corporal, Bumper WAC (at both White Sands Proving Ground and Cape Canaveral), Sergeant and Explorer projects. There are also a dozen images documenting the snowfall of January 11, 1949 on the JPL facility in Pasadena. The photographs date from 1945-1958.
