Antonio di Giuliano di Giovenco de' Medici of Florence, acting on behalf of his brother, cleric Averardo di Giuliano di Giovenco de' Medici, takes possessions of the churches of San Bartolomeo a Martignana di Val d'Elsa; Santa Maria a Leccia di Val d'Elsa; Santa Maria di Ultrorme di Val d'Elsa; and Santa Maria di Corbinaia di Val d'Elsa. Notarized by Manno di Ranieri di Giovanni on 5 June 1480. Filed with the document is a short, later summary written in Italian on paper.
