Confederate trade cards with manuscript notice, circa 1862?

A collection of two trade cards for Jas. H. Callison and a ms. notice of a public auction, signed by Callison. The trade cards, measuring 4.9 x 7.2 cm. and 5.2 x 7.2 cm., are printed in different type and ornamental borders, but are worded exactly the same: "Jas. H. Callison, Practical Surveyor, Notary Public, Scrivener, Auctioneer, and Real Estate Agent, Middlebrook, Va." The smaller card bears the imprint: "J.O. M'Cutchan, Pr. Buckhannon, Va. [present-day West Virginia]." The accompanying ms. notice reads: "Public sale of the personal property of William McChesney, dec'd will take place at the house of Robert Craig, near Newport, on the Tuesday the 16th cay of the present month, Apl. 5th, 1861. J.H. Callison, exr."
