William Judd papers, 1788-1856.

Papers of William Judd, a resident of Farmington, Connecticut. Includes receipts, correspondence, and papers related to his service as a Justice of the Peace. Also within the collection are the papers of his son, William S. Judd of New Haven. The younger Judd was administrator of his father's estate. One interesting piece is a copy of Ruth Wadsworth Whittlesey's divorce statement from the Connecticut General Assembly.
