Printing blocks, circa 1920-circa 1927, for publications by the Michigan College of Mines (now Michigan Technological University) in Houghton, Michigan. Includes blocks for the yearbook, the Keweenawan, as well of other college publications. Blocks consist of wood bases with metal face plates.

In 1901 Michigan Mining School (now Michigan Technological University) in Houghton, Michigan received funding for two additional buildings. The Civil and Mining Engineering Building, was built at a cost of $28,880, was a two-story hip-roofed structure with a five-story tower centered on the front.
