Papers of Eugene G. Rochow, 1932-1999 (bulk 1935-1998)

Aside from a few folders with generic topic headings, the collection was unorganized. The decision was made to divide the collection into seven (7) categories: Awards, Books/Articles, Correspondence (divided into CHF, Employment Inquiries, Fellowships, Personal, and Recommendations), Lectures, Personal Info., Symposia, and Work/Research. Each category is then subdivided into more specific categories (e.g., the Awards category has folders for each specific award). Within each category and sub-category, contents are arranged chronologically. Note that not all correspondence will be in the Correspondence category, however. For example, the Awards_Stock (1983) folder will have everything in the collection regarding the Stock Medal (congratulatory letters, articles, addresses/speeches, etc.). Please refer to the finding aid for additional information.
