Norton had a horse stolen by two refugees recently tried as spies; tells contents of letters concerning the case which have been written to Governor George Clinton. Sent to Lush staying at Governor's house. Endorsed: If Colo. Lush be absent, Colo. Benson is at liberty to open this. Richd Varick.
