Benjamin Ogden prisoner exchange agreement, 1780.

One-page agreement signed by Captain Benjamin Ogden of the British Army, stating that he will exchange himself for Captain Daniel Williams of "Colonel Grayham's Regiment of Militia," who was then a prisoner on Long Island. Dated Fishkill, February 24, 1780.
