Speeches, publications, correspondence, and other papers of John Nuveen. Nuveen's speeches and correspondence discuss foreign aid and the increasing global population. The speeches were given to the Chicago Literary Club, Fortnightly Club, Planned Parenthood, and the Chicago Sunday Evening Club, of which Nuveen was president. Nuveen was active in many social, religious, and educational organizations and institutions, including the University of Chicago.
