The collection consists mostly of incoming business correspondence to Kelley and his associates, much of it concerning real estate throughout Kansas. The collection also includes family correspondence, including letters from Harry's father Harrison Kelley. Also in the collection are deeds, mortgages, tax receipts, and other such legal documents related to real property. The bulk of the collection dates from 1887-1895.
