Scrapbook (1 vol.) compiled by James Simpson. Mr. Simpson reprinted Calvin Coolidge's speech: "The Spirit of the First Division" in his annual Christmas booklet. The scrapbook is mostly comprised of correspondence. There is one letter signed by Coolidge granting permission for Mr. Simpson to reprint the speech. There are many signed thank you letters from the people who received the booklet, including several famous individuals, Andrew W. Mellon, Herbert Hoover, Theodore Roosevelt, John J. Pershing, William B. McKinley.
