Lucy McCormick Blair Linn papers, ca. 1914-1971 (bulk 1914-1918).

Newspaper clippings, officer exam questionnaires, correspondence, telegrams, postcards, pay vouchers, a vaccination register, and other papers of Capt. Howard Linn of the U.S. Army Air Service, who served in France during World War I. The correspondence and telegrams include special orders and official notices from the U.S. Army Air Service. Also present are Linn's uniform inventory and aviator's certificate, which includes a photograph of Linn, issued by the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (1916). The collection also contains materials of his wife, Lucy McCormick Blair Linn, including 2 boxes of recipe cards, various loose recipes (ca. 1920-1970), and a map of Onwentsia Hunt Country in Lake Forest, Illinois (1923).
