Lillian Walker oral history interview, 1995.

Walker discusses her early life and work, her involvement in community service projects, and her role in founding the Baton Rouge Association for Retarded Children. She mainly discusses her tenure as a state legislator, especially her work on behalf of LSU and Southern University, her sponsorship and support of various bills, her relationships with other legislators, and the peculiarities of being a female legislator.
