Articles of incorporation, bylaws, minutes of directors' meetings, stockholder records, and a notebook (ca. 1910) of personal accounts (probably kept by Alfred Blundell, Spark's mayor, principal stockholder of the corporation, and operator of The Toggery until his death in 1940). Other officers and shareholders of the company were Clark Norris, Ella Norris, A.L. Peterson, George Steiner, Walter Trabert, and Edward H. Madsen.
