Summons to be served on Gideon Fitch, of Norwich, Conn., in answer to Zechariah Huntington, also of Norwich, before Isaac Huntington, justice of the peace for 1 pound, 10 shillings, 4 pence, signed by Ebenezer Backus (1759 Feb. 01) and served by David Hartshorn III (1759 Feb. 06). Judgment in favor of Huntington.
