Letter from Sheafe to Barnabas H. Palmer, merchant, of Dover, N.H., concerning tariffs for cargo of rum on the ship Betsy. Cargo was engaged by a Capt. Tullock from "the Haddocks of Il Porto". Sheafe mentions petitioning Congress to change the tariff.
