Ashley Court interview, 1984 June 6.

Court talks of his nineteen summers (1963-1982) as a smokejumper working out of the North Cascades Smokejumper Base in Winthrop, Wash. He talks extensively of the fires in Washington and Oregon during that period, the changes in equipment, and his experiences jumping with Canadians and Russians.
