Genealogy and family papers; copies of legal and estate papers; historical sketches and notes on the early history of Pennsylvania, Bucks County, and Langhorne (formerly Attleborough); essays, poems, and articles; records (1913-1928) of the Washington Crossing Park Commission, of which Eastburn was historian, comprising correspondence, reports, and notes; a historical sketch of Langhorne and Middletown Friends Meeting, and extracts (1683-1822) from the minutes of Falls Monthly Meetings; and historical sketches of the Growden family of Bensalem, and of Trevose Mansion, the Growden estate. The legal and estate papers include a letter book (1785-1796) of William Craig and Thomas Jenks, attorneys for the American estate of Grace Growden Galloway of London, containing accounts, and copies of wills of Grace Growden, Lawrence Growden, and Jeremiah Langhorne; a copy of the will (1690) of Richard Thatcher; and a certificate of appointment (1697) of the administrators of Thatcher's estate.

Falls Monthly Meeting was established by Burlington Quarterly Meeting in 1683. It was transferred to Bucks Quarterly Meeting later that year. After the Separation of 1827, Orthodox and Hicksite branches of this monthly meeting emerged. In 1866, a group of Primitive Friends withdrew from the Orthodox monthly meeting to form a third Falls Monthly Meeting. In 1947, the Hicksite, Orthodox, and Primitive branches of this monthly meeting were merged into the current Falls Monthly Meeting. ...

Grace Growden Galloway was the daughter of Lawrence Growden, whose family controlled Durham iron furnaces; she married Joseph Galloway in 1753. Joseph Galloway, prominent in the social and political circles of Philadelphia sided with the British during the Revolution. Eventually, he was forced to flee with his daughter, Elizabeth, to England. Grace Galloway remained behind in America in an attempt to salvage the family's estate.
