Will, leaving part of Tewksbury Block, on the west side of Elm Street, to Bartlett's daughter, and after her death, to the City of Manchester, stipulating that the city use the proceeds received from selling or renting the property to erect an "equestrian statue to Gen. John Stark" in the already existing Stark Park, as well as provide for other Bartlett family members.
