General description of the collection: Finding the 115th Medical Battalion of 1950-1952, first progress report consists of information on the quest to reconstruct the aforementioned battalion's history after 44 years. There are photocopies of photographs and a photocopy of the battalion newsletter. There are legends for photographs of members of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Ambulance Company, and Clearing Company (photographs not included.) Included are lists of the men that have been located, the organizational diagrams and rosters of each company, lists of those who have not yet been found, those known to be dead and those that are known to have been decorated. Lastly is an appendix to help the soldiers start the process of finding their long lost buddies.
