A collection of confidential memoranda written by successive Prime Ministers to Queen Victoria documenting Cabinet meetings, decisions, and discussion for the period 1837-1867. The reports cover the three decades that separate the Reform Acts of 1832 and 1867 in which Great Britain experiences civil disturbances, the Chartist riots, and widespread social change.
