Rodger C. G. Page was a prominent Methodist missionary in Tonga from 1908 until his retirement in 1947. He was president of the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga from 1925 to 1947. The Rev. Charles Moore was born at West Bromwich, England. He migrated to Australia with his family in 1918, and after attending a theological college and being ordained, he went to Tonga as a Methodist missionary in 1924.
