James P. Baughman papers, 1962-1994.

This collection of James P. Baughman's personal and professional papers document some of his teaching career at Harvard Business School, and a large part of his consulting and teaching work through his long employment at General Electric. Along with the above documents are records of his books and his reviews of others, and personal letters that Baughman wrote expressing his distaste for the United States' involvement in the Vietnam War. This collection is divided into three series: Teaching, training, and consulting materials, Publications, and Personal correspondence. Each series is predominantly in chronological order and kept to Baughman's original organizational scheme as much as possible.
