Collection includes material relating to Ken Kesey's "Last Go Round," first drafted as a screenplay, which circulated in the mid 1980s, then published as a novel by the same title in 1994. The screenplay is based on the stories of three cowboys, George Fletcher, John Spain, and Jackson Sundown, who competed at the 1911 Pendleton Round-Up. Materials include synopses, drafts, biographical information, and negatives of photographs from events in 1984. One draft, dated September 1984, is attributed to Kesey and Ken Babbs.
