Papers related to Thomas Campbell and his "Diary of a Visit to England in 1775." Three letters, 1860, from Henry Reeve, Thomas Longman, and Samuel Raymond, are replies to John Campbell Quinn (John Thomas Campbell's nephew) who had written to identify himself as Thomas Campbell's surviving relation. Two letters, 1921-22, from Longmans, Green, & Co. of London to W. T. Quinn include a refusal to reprint Campbell's "Diary." Other papers include a 1773 statement regarding an oath of loyalty to the English crown sworn by Thomas Campbell and an 1842 letter about erecting a headstone for John Thomas Campbell from William M. Sloane to Charles Campbell (John Thomas Campbell's brother) .
