Chronology of popes, Archbishops of Canterbury, & Saxon kings, & English kings to the year 1717, [early 18th century].

Manuscript chronology, in Latin, of Popes, Archbishops of Canterbury, Emperors, and Saxon and English Kings. The chronology begins Anno Christi 446 with columns for Roman Pope and Emperors during the papacy of Leo the Great and the reign of Roman [i.e. Byzantine] emperor Theodosius II. The chronology begins another column for Saxon Kings beginning with Aethelbertus at 560, and another for Archbishop of Canterbury beginning with Augustine in 596. The chronology ceases cataloging emperors at the coronation of Charlemagne in 800. The Column for Saxon kings changes to English Kings at 1066 with William the Conqueror. It ceases cataloging popes after the papacy of Paul V at 1605. The chronology ends in 1717 under the archepiscopacy of Julian Wake and the reign of George I.
