Malherbe's letters to Peiresc were published in 1822, and a former owner of this MS has collated it with the printed version and has indicated numerous omissions in the printed text; this MS copy was presumably made from the original letters; added at the end of the volume are extracts on the history of Henri IV and Louis XIII, and a transcription from the Art de Verifier les Dates (193 p.).
