[Personal papers], various dates, early 18th century.

Manuscript on paper, primarily in Luttrell's hand, of a collection of his personal papers, including memoranda, wills, and receipts relating to his estate. The items include a small stitched memorandum book regarding his property in Chelsea; "Directions Left in charge to my Wife, which I desire her to observe," with instructions regarding his estate and children in the case of his death; a list of "What Estate my son will have after my death without other Child;" a will dated August 4, 1711; a letter of advice to him from his father Francis Luttrell; and an account of the various provenances of his estate, including "Particular of what Lands & other Hereditaments came by my mother Katherine Luttrell" and "What my sister Lowe left me."
