Manuscript copy of a deed dated 1860 May 19, conveying ownership of land in Wyandotte County, Kansas, from Charles Bluejacket, a Shawnee Indian, to Thomas Johnson, of Jackson County, Missouri, certified by Benjamin J. Tewson, Indian Agent, copied and certified by J. E. Clark, registrar of deeds, Johnson County, Kansas, 1863 Oct 6; and a warranty deed, printed form completed in manuscript in an unidentified hand, conveying ownership of land in Johnson County from James Bone, a Shawnee Indian, to Samuel C. McGee, of Jackson County, Missouri, certified by James B. Abbott, Indian Agent, 1863 Mar 12. Both documents are also annotated in manuscript by officials of the United States Department of the Interior.
