Twelve ALS with envelopes to Bike's friends Van S. Bennett and his daughter Ona, of Rockton, Wisconsin, written en route to and while living in gold fields near Dawson City, Yukon Territory, between 1898 May 28 and 1899 Jun 10. Bike describes preparing his provisions in Seattle, travelling by steamer and river boat to Dawson City, and mining for gold at Bear Creek and Bonanza.
