Weller, of San Francisco, California. The records consist of deeds of Apple's land holdings including the ranch El Valle de San Jose in Alameda County, California; Weller's correspondence with B. O. Duncan, U. S. Consul to Italy; Morris Frank, whom Weller named his power of attorney in Berlin; and John A. Kasson, U. S. Minister, and Philip Sidney Post, U. S. Consul General, Vienna; and other legal documents.
