Abstract

Tract on the validity of judicial proofs. The work ends on leaf 37; on leaf 40 begins another unidentified tract on the same subject. On leaf 38 recto is an extract from Qāḍī Khān, who was a Hanafi; he is also quoted on leaf 9. Ibn al-Bazzāz is quoted on leaf 37 recto. Copied in A.D. 1879.
