Agreement, 1850 Mar 2.

By the terms of this agreement, Allen and Asa Greer were to go to Oregon or California, whicherver proved more profitable, for a period of two working seasons, to prospect and mine for gold or to pursue any other endeavor that would produce a profit. Henry B. Curtis was to be a partner by investing a sum equal to the others, but was to receive, after the initial investment was returned, a smaller share of the profits.
